Our Board of Trustees

The Coffey Health System Board of Trustees meets on the fourth Monday of each month in Coffey County Hospital’s Allen Woods 2 Conference Room. Meetings are called to order at 6 p.m.
Trustees are appointed by the Coffey County Commission to three-year terms.

Committee Meetings

Executive Finance Committee
The Executive Finance Committee meets on the third Thursday of the month at 12:00 noon. NOTE: The May meeting will be on May 22^nd from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Strategic Planning Operational Committee
Strategic Planning Operational Committee meets the first month of each calendar year, and the last month of the calendar year, or as often as necessary to fulfill its duties.

Quality Management Oversite Operational Committee
The Quality Management Oversite Operational Committee meets quarterly or whenever deemed necessary by the Committee Chair, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer.

Risk Management Operational Committee
The Risk Management Operational Committee meets quarterly or whenever deemed necessary by the Committee Chair, Chief Executive Office, and Risk Management Officer.
